Broadband tests launched via Tele2

Tele2 Polska, an alternative telco, has started to recruit people who want to take part in the broadband trial run to be offered in 2007. The offer will be based on the bitstream access agreement with TP SA.
Those participating in the trial run will be able to use the service at a transfer speed of at least 1 Mbps for three months free of charge. In return, the company expects them to go online as frequently as possible and to send feedback on the service on a monthly basis. The trial is due to conclude in July, but the offer is to be made commercially available before this, so that participants are able to switch to it.
The recruitment is being carried out via Tele2’s website; a potential participant must have a TP SA line connected at home.
