BPSC to debut on GPW
2007-03-30
BPSC, a domestic ERP systems producer, is about to conclude work on its issue prospectus and intends to embark upon the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) by the summer of 2007. The supervisory board will decide, during the second half of April, whether to approve the prospectus so that it can be submitted to the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) at the end of April or the beginning of May.
The IPO will consist of newly issued shares, along with those held by the existing shareholders. No details relating to the number of shares to be offered have been made public. According to statements from company representatives, BPSC estimates that its investments would require PLN 10-15m (€2.6-3.8m). The funds raised from the stock market will be used for expansion in Ukraine and Russia and product development.
