Tele2 introduces flat rate offer
2007-04-05
The alternative fixed-line telecommunications operator Tele2 Polska has announced the introduction of flat rates which enable its subscribers to make calls to all fixed-line networks in Poland for a consistent monthly fee.
Individual clients who sign up for 12 months will be able to make calls to all fixed-line networks in Poland for a monthly fee of PLN 99 (€25.7). Corporate clients can choose one of two offers: Darmowe Rozmowy 24/7 Biznes, whose flat rate is valid for all calls regardless of the time of day, and Darmowe Rozmowy Biznes, whose flat rate includes only calls made from Monday to Saturday between 8.00 PM and 6.00 PM. The monthly fee covers 2,000 minutes for individuals and 2,500 for corporate clients.
Tele2 Polska insists that the flat rate offers are very popular in Western European countries and that the company expects that this will also be the case in Poland. The operator predicts that its new offer will be more popular after the company has launched its broadband service.
