Interia.pl to cooperate with AGH

Interia.pl, a listed Krakow-based internet portal, has signed an agreement on cooperation with the AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH-UST). The cooperation will be part of a research and development project called FABIN. The main areas of interest are to be multimedia, communication systems and community services.
The university will take part directly in R&D projects which will lead to the creation of new products and services for internet users. In addition to the portal and the university, ComArch, an IT company and an Interia.pl shareholder, and the Jagiellonian University will also take part in the FABIN project.
