CL’s name change approved by the court

2007-04-13

The court has registered the change to ComputerLand’s (CL) charter, including the company’s new name, Sygnity. The firm is to be renamed as part of the merger with Emax.
CL has been using the new name for some time, but until the court registered it, the company had to use its old name on all official documents, including tenders. The merger with Emax is to be registered by the court in May.
