Netia has 100,000 broadband subscribers

The alternative fixed-lined operator Netia has announced that the subscriber count for its broadband service has passed the 100,000 mark. According to a company statement, 64,000 customers are connected to Netia’s own network and 36,000 use TP SA lines.
Netia insists that around 75% of TP SA’s subscribers and 95% of those of Netia are within the operator’s broadband range. The company has also announced that the 100,000th subscriber will pay a nominal monthly broadband fee of PLN 1 (€0.26) for the entire subscription period and will receive a Play mobile network starter set with a Nokia 6151 handset.
