ATM to purchase Linx Telecommunications

The telecommunications company ATM has announced that it has signed an agreement on the purchase of Linx Telecommunications shares. The deal is thought to be worth €16.5m, and as a result, ATM will have a 22% stake in the company.
Linx Telecommunications is a Central and Eastern European (CEE) telco which offers telecommunication lines between the CEE countries and Scandinavia, Western Europe and the USA.
The agreement on the purchase of shares will allow ATM to increase its stake and to acquire the majority of shares within three years.
