Vectra doubles transfer speeds during the night
2007-05-17
Vectra, a cable television operator, has introduced a “night tariff” which permits the subscribers of the company’s broadband service to download data at double the daytime transfer speed.
The new offer has been launched in all 74 cities in which the operator provides internet access. The double download speed is available between 11.00 PM and 8.00 AM and is free of charge. The subscriber is switched automatically to the increased speed at a specified time without having to do anything manually.
