WLR for PTC introduced

The president of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) has issued a decision on the wholesale line rental (WLR) offer for PTC, the operator of Era and Heyah mobile networks. The company will be able to offer fixed-line subscriptions for the TP SA’s subscribers.
According to the decision, the Era operator will receive a discount of 46.99% on the reference rates and will pay TP SA PLN 37.83 (€9.96) for an analogue line and PLN 55 (€14.47) for an ISDN one.
