ABS merger registered

The District Court in Warsaw has registered the merger of IT companies Softlab, WA-PRO, Safo and Asseco Business Solutions (ABS). The companies belong to the Asseco Poland group and will operate under the name of Asseco Business Solutions.
ABS is responsible, within the Asseco group, for the ERP systems, software for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), outsourcing and e-learning services. ABS has, at the moment, over 60,000 clients and a product portfolio addressed to all segments of the market.
In 2007 the company intends to earn PLN 100m (€26.3m) in sales revenues and to net around PLN 13m (€3.4m). ABS is to embark on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) in the third quarter of 2007. The funds raised via the IPO are to be used for further acquisitions and expansion of the company’s offer.
