The management board of Sygnity, a listed IT company formerly known as ComputerLand, has suggested the payment of shareholder dividends of PLN 1 (€0.26) per share. The dividend would be paid from the reserve, as the company made a net loss in 2006. The dividend is to be paid on 13 September.
The management board wants the shareholders to approve of covering the loss with the reserves. According to the audited data for 2006, the company was PLN 27.59m (€7.2m) in the red.
