TP SA withdrew application from the NSA


2007-06-14

TP SA has withdrawn its application to the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) for a cassation of ruling on the decision of the Office of Electronic Communications’ (UKE) regarding neostrada, the broadband internet access service.
The decision followed an inspection performed by the regulator which ordered the incumbent to unbundle neostrada and voice services. The administrative court has supported the UKE and the operator was going to appeal the ruling. However, the company withdrew its application, which makes the decision valid.
