Operators from India interested in 1800 MHz tender?

Telecommunications operators from India are interested in taking part in the tender for 1800 MHz frequencies, announced on 21 May by the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
In the opinion of the regulator, the companies from India would like to offer fixed-line and mobile telephony as well as internet access services. To date, they have been providing international traffic on the wholesale basis.
