Unima 2000, a Krakow-based IT company, has announced that it plans to conclude another acquisition by the end of June. The firm recently acquired IQ Net and emphasises that the next deal will be similar in size.
The company to be acquired has not been identified but it will complement Unima 2000’s offer. The company is going to use its own assets, including those raised via the share issue, for the purposes of payment. The results of the acquired firm are to be consolidated in 2007.
Unima 2000 has also stated that it is negotiating several substantial new contracts.
