Microsoft to train CRM consultants


2007-06-21

The Polish office of Microsoft is going to train 1,000 consultants for its CRM system by June 2008. The company has stated that it is interested in all potential clients for such software, even if they need a licence for one or two stations.
The company wants to encourage the training of consultants even of the smallest distributors of Microsoft software. This would not bring in any substantial profits but might support the brand and strengthen the relationship between the company and its partners.
At the moment, there are around 100 certified Microsoft CRM consultants.
