Telefonia Dialog, an alternative telecommunications operator owned by the copper producer KGHM, has announced that it intends to launch its broadband service via TP SA lines in July 2007.
The company wants to offer the service on the basis of a bitstream access (BSA) agreement with the incumbent and intends to attract 30,000 clients by the end of the year. The interconnection points between the networks of Dialog and TP SA required to provide the BSA are to be launched in July.
