Sygnity to implement Flexcube system at Bank BGZ

The listed IT company Sygnity has received a contract for the implementation of the Flexcube system at Bank BGZ. A system for the automation of the back-office treasury operations, securities and foreign payments, produced by i-flex Solutions, a global partner of Sygnity, is expected to be in place by July 2009. The IT company is to provide maintenance for at least five years after the implementation.
The contract is worth around PLN 16.3m (€4.3m) gross. The aim is to integrate the processes relating to these transactions in one central IT system which is also to provide up-to-date and reliable information for the management.
Bank BGZ is another company which decided to implement the Flexcube solution. The Sygnity Group has supplied the system to Kredyt Bank, PKO BP and Polbank.
