Less "Filipiak" in ComArch

On 29 December 2003, Elżbieta Filipiak, the chairman of the supervisory board of ComArch SA, sold its 65,000 shares in the Kraków-based IT integrator. The transaction, which was carried out at a price of PLN 50.5 per share, amounted to around PLN 3.3m. At present, Mrs. Filipiak and her husband, who is the company's CEO, have around 2.99 million ComArch's shares, what represents a 44.55% stake in the company's capital and it accounts for a 69.42% of all the votes during the General Meeting of Shareholders.
