CenterNet takes over Telepin brand

The mobile operator CenterNet, which is owned by the NFI Midas investment fund, has signed a conditional agreement to purchase selected components of Elterix, a subsidiary of Mediatel. The contract concerns the rights to the Telepin brand. The total value of the agreement is PLN 3m (€719,100). Telepin is a virtual operator offering pre-paid services.
The deal will enable CenterNet to strengthen its position as a mobile service provider on the Polish market. It plans to extend its network infrastructure with a view to further development.
