On 26th October 2009 the third competition for EU funds for small companies providing e-services opened. There is around PLN 135m (€31.8m) on offer, for which enterpreneurs can apply by 13 November 2009. The support is reserved for small and micro-enterprises which have been on the market no longer than 12 months.
A single project may receive between PLN 20,000 (€4,706) and PLN 1m (€235,294), but it must contribute at least 15% of the total value of the project itself.
The grants come from the EU Innovative Economy Programme, the 2007-2013 budget of which amounts to €8.5bn.
