New headquarters for TP SA


2010-01-18

TP SA has signed an agreement with Bouygues Immobilier Polska on the construction and lease of a new headquarters for TP SA group. The complex will be composed of several buildings that will have space for 3,500 employees.
The project is to be completed in 2013 and leased for ten years with a possibility of extension. The new contract is to bring TP SA savings of €9m per year when compared to current rents.
