One-2-One group, providing interactive and mobile solutions for the media and marketing services sectors, has new investors. Piotr Majchrzak, the former chairman of MNI telecommunications group, has acquired a 7.5% stake in One-2-One for around PLN 2m, while Poznan-based Media Service Group (MSG) has taken over 4.5% of shares for PLN 1.3m. Tomasz Dlugiewicz, the One-2-One main shareholder who, after the transaction, holds a 14.14% stake, told Parkiet that the new investors are to help in the company’s development.
In the first half of 2010 One-2-One plans to carry out a small share issue worth PLN 1.5m and the new shares are to be acquired by Piotr Majchrzak and MSG as well.
One-2-One’s new strategy is to focus on mobile marketing services. Therefore, the company will sell its two subsidiaries: ATS, offering mobile phone ringtones and Mobitrust, offering electronic signature services.
