P&N Group acquires Nienschanz telecommunications


2010-01-29

P&N Group has announced the acquisition of telecommunication companies Nienschanz-Telekom, Nienschanz-Home and Alfa-Telekom. As of January 2010, the telecommunications assets of Nienschanz are owned by PiN Telekom. The deal will allow the company to reach over 100,000 home users and double the number of corporate users of telecommunication services in St. Petersburg.
