Comarch appears on Frankfurt Stock Exchange


2010-07-15

SoftM, a German listed software producer belonging to Comarch, decided to change its name to Comarch Software und Beratung. As a result, the Comarch brand name will appear on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Comarch acquired SoftM, operating in Germany and other German-speaking countries, in 2008/2009. At present, the company is completing the restructuring of the acquired firm, which is expected to show profitability in 2011.
