Mediatel 4B bought by Aster group

Mediatel 4B has been sold to Aster group by Elterix, the company belonging to Mediatel. The value of the transaction was set at PLN 15m (€3.7m), provided that the acquired company does not have any debts or liabilities and claims in relation to companies within the Mediatel group.

In the agreement, Mediatel also declared that it will not provide any telecommunications services for the business clients serviced by Mediatel 4B.

Mediatel sold its subsidiary because, in accordance with its new strategy, it plans to focus on developing its services on the telecommunications wholesale market, focusing mainly on servicing termination of international calls and technological support for telecoms.
