Sygnity merging with its subsidiaries

Sygnity, a listed IT company, has decided to merge with its subsidiary Winuel. The consolidation is to bring cost reduction and increase the effectiveness of the company’s operations.
In accordance with Sygnity’s new strategy, the company plans to merge with its subsidiaries and focus on the offer for the utilities sector. In July 2010 the firm informed that it also considers integration with Projekty Bankowe Polsoft and Max Elektronik.
In 2009 Sygnity merged with Aram, which works with clients from the public sector.
