Fewer contracts in Infovide-Matrix portfolio

In H1 2010, Infovide-Matrix, an IT services provider, posted PLN 0.78m (€0.2m) of net profit in contrast to PLN 5.7m (€1.4m) in H1 2009, while sales revenues totaled to PLN 87.9m (€22m) versus PLN 110.4m (€27.7m). Also, the value of contracts in the company’s portfolio is lower after the first six months of 2010 and totals to PLN 97.2m (€24.4m), while in the analogous period of the previous year the portfolio was worth PLN 130.6m (€32.7m). The main segments where the company is providing its services in 2010 are the telecommunications, banking and public administration sectors.
At present, the provider is working on a new strategy envisaging changing its offer and increasing the company’s engagement on the emerging markets. Moreover, Infovide-Matrix expects to grow via acquisitions and consolidate its capital group.
